At Tribesigns, we want you to love your home office and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our website portal with your order number and specific reasons for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original boxes and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside before dropping them off at a local carrier.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
